In the wake of pop singer Rihanna’s purchase of a $13.8 million Beverly Hills mansion, the Fenty Beauty founder spent another whopping $10 million on a property right next door represented by Marty Halfon.
Halfon reveals that the $10 million price tag was double what his client Dr Shaun Nasseri paid for the same property only a few years earlier.
The 3,459 square ft. home on was built in 1939 and offers four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. In terms of size, this property has 3,594 square feet of living space and sits on 0.457 acres.
This sale represents yet another high profile transaction for Halfon who works out of the Keller Williams Beverly Hills office with over 30 years of experience serving upscale buyers in the Platinum Triangle of Bel Air, Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills and also the Pacific Palisades.
During this time Halfon has established a reputation as a resource for home sellers looking to find the right approach to get the price level they seek in a volatile market. Growing up in Beverly Hills and attending Beverly High has given Marty an unequaled perspective on what motivates local buyers in the 90210.
“Marty is one of the most responsive and hard working realtors I have ever come across. You never feel like he is working for his commission. You always feel like he is working for you. I won’t do a deal without him,” a recent buyer expressed while working with Marty.
Mr. Halfon is at the forefront of transnational commercial real estate and started his career at Marcus & Millichap in the mid 1980s. Later on, Halfon spent substantial time flipping apartments that he renovated and then resold for his own account from Beverly Hills to Hollywood.
Early in his career Halfon sold 7400 Hollywood Blvd., a newly built 112 unit multi-family property as well as 3324 Castle Heights Ave., a 120 unit multi-family property. Both properties were built by the Homestead Group. Halfon represented both the buyer and seller. The buyer was the same for both properties back in 1987.
