Instacart Acquires 21K SF From 50 West 23rd Street Startup Bizzabo

San Francisco-based Instacart is growing its New York office impression by taking 21,000 square feet on the 10th floor of 50 West 23rd Road, Business Spectator has learned. The arrangement is a sublease from programming startup Bizzabo, which is two years into its five-year rent with property manager Two Trees The executives.
Sources with information on the arrangement didn’t reveal the details of the sublease, yet normal asking rent in Chelsea was $82.08 in the second from last quarter of 2023, as per a Colliers report.
Instacart opened its most memorable New York City office in 2015 at 580 Broadway in SoHo, taking 3,000 square feet in the 12-story building, CO recently detailed. The organization offers same-day conveyance or pickup from many merchants and retailers utilizing internet requesting.
A representative for Instacart wrote in an email that the transition to the 13-story Chelsea building is a development and will uphold the organization’s “robust employee presence” in New York.
