Helping Hand for Relief and Development (HHRD) is committed to helping humanity the best way they can by allocating their resources to help aid in any type of disaster or region undergoing any kind of suffering. We are an organization that has helped in countless regions and situations using our extensive network of vetted partners to help out in any way we can.

Over the years, HHRD has helped out in many situations around the world. Some of the campaigns currently being run by HHRD are:

COVID-19 Response

HHRD was able to deploy aid all over the world to help with the covid-19 pandemic that has ravaged the world. HHRD has provided both services and supplies to over 1 million individuals. HHRD has been able to provide regions with personal protective equipment such as N-95 masks, gloves, surgical masks, eye protection, standard masks, gowns for healthcare staff as well as patients, soap, disinfectant, sheets for hospital beds, and many other types of supplies necessary for hospitals.

We have also been fortunate enough to distribute hygiene kits and food kits to those in need. The lockdowns in areas have caused many people to go hungry and not be able to earn their daily wages. We know the not only physical but psychological impact not being able to feed your family has on a person. That is why we made it a priority to get food supplies to these families to raise their morale.

The hygiene kits are tied into the HHRD Water and Sanitation programs we have been using to build things such as purification plants, wells, bathrooms, and sanitation facilities all throughout the world. These areas are incredibly impoverished and would not otherwise be able to have these facilities. The need for proper hygiene has never been more important while COVID-19 is still a threat to those who are vulnerable.

HHRD Programs

HHRD has a multitude of programs we are currently running. Some of these programs are:
The Orphan Support Program – This program allows you to support a child on an ongoing basis. You can support a child with a monthly donation or an annual payment. These payments are given directly to the orphan’s family or guardian. The best of this program is how you can monitor the orphan’s progress both medically and educationally. There is also the option to do a general donation which will help provide many orphans with school supplies and food.

The Children With Disabilities Program – This program allows you to sponsor a disabled child monthly or yearly. All donations are directly sent to the sponsored disabled child’s education, rehabilitation, transportation, and medical treatment.

In-Kind Gifts – These gifts are good and services rather than a traditional donation of money. Some of the gifts given are supplies, toiletries, hygiene kits, food, amongst other things. All of these items play a substantial role in areas recovering from a disaster or will help relieve overall suffering.

HHRD has many other programs such as Health Care, Educational Support, Physical Rehabilitation, Infrastructure Development, Seasonal Programs, Water For Life, Skills Development, Matching Gift Program, Emergency Appeals, and Youth Empowerment.
