Aron G. Lofton is a profound visionary who is rapidly climbing the ladder of success in the real estate industry. Originally hailing from Tulsa, Oklahoma, the 44-year-old raises equity in order to develop real estate in Mexico and the United States. Before venturing in the real estate world, Aron was one of the most famous and best MMA fighters globally for around three years. His fighting profession lasted for about six years. During his journey as a mixed martial arts fighter, he learnt many lessons that were valuable in his profession as a real estate developer. For instance, it taught him to treat everybody with respect, including his opponents. He believes that behavioural traits such as taking time to stop and talk and shake hands with people is of extreme importance.
Aron started a commercial painting company, Texas Home Design, back in 2006. They handled new construction and significant loss of insurance claims for their clients. Fast forwarding to April 2016, Aron discovered that Texas was buried under losses exceeding $2 billion due to multiple hailstorms that shook the entire state. This prompted countless property management companies to seek assistance from Texas Home Design. Thus, the company undertook reconstruction and restoration work worth over $15 million in loss of insurance. In 2017, they expanded their services and started constructing retail centres and SPEC homes. During 2018, his company bought a development group based in Texas who has constructed real estate worth more than half a billion dollars. Thus, his company has truly grown a lot since its initiation.
Presently residing in San Antonio, Texas, Aron’s primary cause of success is his motivation and determination. He enjoys his work and does not really treat it as a chore. On being asked about his favourite part of the job, Aron replied that he loved witnessing the struggle and processes that ultimately lead to growth and success. Aron has credited his talented and supportive team for the level of success that they have achieved to date. He always surrounds himself with likeminded and talented people because he believes that creating the right environment is essential for the right mindset.
Although Aron G. Lofton has come a long way since his initiation, he still has a long way to go. On being asked about his future plans, he replied that he wishes to have a thirty-five million luxury condo project and Acapulco, a 44M retail centre situated in Frisco, Texas, a 67M senior living facility in Arlington, Texas and a 40M senior living centre project in Cabo San Lucas. We wish him the best of luck for all his future endeavours.
