There is finally a confirmed launch date for the OnePlus 13, following weeks of rumors and teasing. On October 31, the firm will officially introduce its new flagship phone in China. Although the phone’s possible worldwide release date is currently unknown, it is most likely scheduled for early 2025.
In addition to the launch date in China, OnePlus has unveiled three distinct hues for its new flagship phone: White Dawn, Blue Moment, and Obsidian Secret. These are identical to those that were observed in the hands of players during the Peacekeeper Elite tournament.
The White Dawn hue of the OnePlus 13 has resemblance to the Glacier White version of its predecessor, among these three color options. On the other side, The Blue Moment is credited with being the first in the business to use “baby skin” texture. Its dual-tone design, with the camera island being white and the rest of the body being blue, gives it a skin-like feel to the touch.
According to OnePlus, the Obsidian Secret has a textured finish resembling “ebony wood grain”. This finish provides a sleek appearance for the black coloring. In contrast to what was previously believed, the corporation only displayed these three hues. Additionally, the green color version that the last few predecessors had isn’t here yet.
Also, the OnePlus 13’s complete specifications have not yet been released by the manufacturer. Nevertheless, prior rumors state that it will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite, IP68 and IP69 certifications, a 6,000 mAh battery, up to 24 GB of RAM, and 1 TB of storage. Aside from that, OnePlus just affirmed support for BOE X2 display and 50W magnetic wireless charging.
