The international food equipment and technology exhibition Process Expo, which will be held in Chicago from October 23 to 25, will feature a number of advancements from Provisur. Provisur will present cutting-edge equipment for shaping, slicing, separating, DMC, and further processing.
Visitors to Process Expo will be able to watch three demonstrations every day of Provisur’s pet food market making machinery. According to reports, the adaptable Formax NovaMax 150 shaping machine has a small footprint and offers portion control, and it is intended for tiny to medium pet consumable processors. On the show floor, it is demonstrated at the live Pet Treat production line.
New Advances in Synchronised Systems for Slicing
Provisur will display a variety of equipment in the slicing section. Formax SX330-A, which improves short-run slicing procedures, and the new large-capacity slicer for high throughput, Formax SX550, are two examples. For the highest performance in bacon slicing for retail and foodservice applications, the new CashinSX platform combines the best features of the Cashin and SX platforms. The Hoegger X4 Press perfectly prepares food products for slicing and fits into a coordinated sequence of pressing, scanning, and slicing to create seamless product flow.
Texture, Maximum Yield, and Separation
Separation procedures are offered by the Provisur line of separation equipment for effective production. The newest model in the STS platform (soft tissue separator) of the business is the STS3000. With the fibre structure of meat and fish preserved, its process guarantees that goods are devoid of bone fragments, sinew, and cartilage. According to the manufacturer, the Beehive RSTD06 MAX can handle items that other separators are unable to.
Integrating Multiple Processes with Tumbling Equipment: DMC
The T2 tumbler from Lutetia, which uses steam-vacuum technology to boost yield by up to 8%, will also be on show at Provisur. The device is made for lower capacities and enables the integration of DMC processes, including tumbling, defrosting, marinating, curing, tenderising, cooking, as well as drying or smoking. The low total cost of ownership is another perk.
