“I always remember being fascinated by bodybuilders and watching them on TV for hours, imagining how I can also become like them one day. Actually, Arnold Schwarzenegger was my biggest inspiration. I have always admired his body, those muscles and those eat packs, oh how beautiful they looked to me! I never mentioned this to anybody but made sure to follow my dreams and not get involved in the busy leisures of life. Fitness is always my main motive, modelling came afterwards which was a by-product of me being tall, dark, handsome and really fit” says Saini.
Rakesh Saini has always had the complete support of his father in everything. Currently, he is quite popular over all his social media accounts like Facebook and Instagram, people flood him with questions and he makes the best of efforts to answer all their queries about healthy diets, supplements and fitness programmes. He is also the brand ambassador of some popular supplements that are completely protein based and non toxic to the body, which do not leave any residue except positive results.
He also won a number of titles since his school days and became a popular fashion model after he established good relationships with renowned people in the industry. Since then, life has been very hectic, he balances it all and still manage is to train for hours in the gym. No matter how successful are busy he becomes, his training cannot be put off and his diet cannot be alternated, healthy way is the only way to life.
How important do you think diets are? According to Rakesh, junk foods are the biggest enemy you can ever have. They will not only harm your progress but also effect your hormone levels and metabolism, you might think that one cheat day is not going to affect your health but it does more damage than the gain in a week. He has always lived the hard way of life, no matter how difficult it might turnout to be. Take a word of advice and follow this path, you are going to thank yourself later in life.
