A talented rising musician from Oregon, who goes by the professional name NORD, has worked with many talented and notable influencers in the recent months. One of them being Pop artist Rebecca Black, a feminist icon and advocate for women’s rights in the flow of mainstream music. Listeners are waiting in excitement at the time of this article’s publishing, as the renowned pop star is releasing her debut LP “Let Her Burn” on February 9. With many collaborators involved in making Black’s newest project a reality, Carter Davis (NORD’s birth name) is among one of them as a lead songwriter. Working alongside each other, NORD was coined as an extremely influential songwriter and artist who made the debut LP a “masterpiece of a reality” by Black in an impromptu podcast interview.
The track list of the yet-to-be released album consists of ten full songs, which fans are speculating will be a refreshing sound for Pop as a genre; even though the tracks are yet to be heard by the public. We will publish a post-release headline for the “Let Her Burn” LP after its availability across streaming platforms is confirmed on February 9. The listening party for the finalized LP consisted of all of the collaborators who contributed their own unique talent to the project.
The perception of the reactions from those who attended the listening party are somewhat unknown to the public, besides Carter Davis, the young Oregon rapper and artist (NORD) reposting one of the currently available tracks that are included in the collection of singles releasing with the project on his Instagram story; tagging Rebecca with a caption containing two sparking emojis. The single the collaborative talent endorsed is the Page 1 of 2 Page 2 of 2number three on the line up, and is titled “Sick To My Stomach”.
The breakup anthem was perceived very well by industry critics in the first week of its release back in January 2023. We will have to see if the revived Pop artist’s debut project in its entirety will live up to the surrounding buzz.
