RM of BTS sells more than 600,000 copies of his album “Indigo” in its first week

BTS member RM has reached yet another milestone with the release of his debut album, “Indigo.” In its first week of release, the new album saw excellent sales and was well-received worldwide.
On Hanteo, “Indigo” surpasses 600,000 sales.
A report from Hanteo says that the full-length album by BTS RM has sold more than 600,000 copies. From December 2 to December 8, according to Hanteo, “Indigo” sold 619,232 copies in its first week of release. In the history of Hanteo, RM is the fifth male soloist to have sold more than 600,000 copies of an album in its first week of release.
Other male solo artists who reached this remarkable record include RM’s bandmate Jin, Baekhyun of EXO, Lim Young Woong, and Kim Ho Joong. In addition, they had the highest first-week sales in the history of Hanteo.
“Indigo” was RM’s first full-length album.
