The Southeastern Gathering reported the 2024 association plans for each of the 14 ball clubs on Wednesday evening.
This season, Lindsey Nelson Stadium will play host to Ole Miss (March 22-24), Georgia (March 29-31), defending national champion LSU (April 12-14), Missouri (April 26-28), and South Carolina (May 16-18).
For the fifth time in the Tony Vitello period, the Vols will open SEC play out and about when they travel to Alabama (Walk 15-17). The remainder of UT’s street record comprises of outings to Coppery (April 5-7) and Kentucky (April 19-21) preceding consecutive series at 2023 public next in line Florida (May 3-5) and Vanderbilt (May 10-12).
Seven of UT’s 10 SEC adversaries played in a NCAA territorial last season with five of those groups progressing to a NCAA very local. Like Tennessee, LSU and Florida completed their seasons in Omaha and clashed for a public title in an all-SEC title series.
The SEC Competition will by and by be held at the Hoover Met in Hoover, Alabama. The competition will start on Tuesday, May 21 with the title game scheduled to be played on Sunday, May 26.
The Vols are falling off their second Men’s School Worldwide championship appearance over the most recent three years and proceeded to dominate their most memorable match in Omaha starting around 2001 with a 6-4 triumph over Stanford.
The team from last year, which included 17 letterwinners, welcomed in the nation’s No. 4th-ranked signing class according to Perfect Game, in addition to a few well-known additions from the transfer portal.
The Vols’ 2024 SEC timetable should be visible underneath. All series other than the last few days of gathering play are at present booked to be played Friday-Sunday yet are dependent on future developments to Thursday-Saturday in view of TV. Those changed series dates will be declared when the television plan is delivered in January or February.
