What makes you stand out from others in your field?

Our company culture is very transparent from the top-down. While other agencies aren’t always very communicative, we believe that clients should always know exactly what we’re doing for them and what the results are. This is why our agency is recommended by Kickstarter and Indiegogo themselves (only one other agency in the world is recognized by both). We’re also recommended to companies by various accelerators and incubators.

What has surprised you most about running your own business?

The demands never stop. They just change as the company grows. You always have to stay on your toes and keep evolving as those demands change. As a marketing agency, I have to keep educating myself on the changes to every social platform, like shifting algorithms or new features. Marketing is incredibly complex, and it requires near-daily education to stay at the forefront.

What motto do you live by?

Just do it. Things will never be perfect. You’re better off diving in and making something happen than waiting for the perfect moment to strike.
