The first major update to WhatsApp’s interface since 2021 is now available for Android and iPhone.
According to WhatsApp, the recently launched redesign for the social media network owned by Meta is intended to be easy, approachable, and new.
A new attachment structure, according to WhatsApp, makes it easier to transfer photographs and videos on iOS devices. To access options while transmitting media, documents, polls, and more, there’s an expandable tray in place of a full screen menu.
A “more playful” design has been achieved by updating the icons to a rounded, outlined form and adding animations to new drawings.
In order to lessen eye strain in low-light conditions, the app has also been updated with a new “consistent” green color scheme and a one-shade darker dark mode.
As per the firm, WhatsApp users on Android and iPhone are currently receiving the latest modifications.
